LTC is one of the most popular projects of AEGEE-Poznań. It?s a 3-day training on project management, which takes place twice a year. Project is aimed at students from all universities in Poznań, both public and private. The estimated number of participants is 50.
The training is carried out on two levels: for participants, who take their first steps in organising projects and for those, who want to extend their knowledge in this field.
Our 3-day training, full of interactive lectures and workshops is a great opportunity for participants to cover topics like: project coordination, public relations, human resources, autopresentation techniques and many more. They will also have a chance to test acquired skills while solving case studies in small groups, supported by their mentors. Our qualified trainers and tutors will share their knowledge and practical experience.
At the end of the project each participant will obtain a certificate, confirming acquired skills.
