On Saturday, 9th January, there was a party on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of AEGEE-Poznań, the oldest Polish antenna of European Student?s Forum AEGEE.
The history of AEGEE-Poznań dates back to 1990, when a group of enthusiasts started to work in order to change Poland. The following year (1991) the Convention d?Adhesion was signed.
Untill 1998 AEGEE-Poznań was only a Contact Antena. Since the very beginning the antenna organized lots of projects, both locally and internationally. AEGEE-Poznań was in 1999 the organizer of the first Agora in Poland ? one of the most important AEGEE event, during which are made decisions significant for the whole organization.
AEGEEans from Poznań celebrated the 25th anniversary of antenna with members of AEGEE from the whole country. We were pleased to host AEGEEans from Gdańsk, Kraków, Lublin, Warszawa, Wrocław, Zielona Góra, Katowice and Gliwice. The party was thrown in a style of a traditional Polish wedding. Of course, dancing lasted till the crack of dawn. We would like to thank Fortuna brewery for the help with organization and our guests for the attendance, wishes and having great fun with us
